We’re seeking someone to join our team as a US Mobility Tax Manager to join our International Services Team, reporting to the Global Head of Mobility Tax, in a unique opportunity for an experienced expatriate tax professional to advance their career in expatriate tax and international mobility.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Vice President level position within the International Services group, where the US Employee Tax team provides specific subject matter expertise on all international compensation, expatriate, relocation and tax related matters.

What you'll do in the role:
Co-ordination of US tax compliance season, including tax authorisation and international compensation collection
Manage tax reimbursements and payments to tax authorities, and tax equalisation payment tracking
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and assist with cross-functional analysis of the implications of cross border work requests to manage and regularise cross border mobility situations
Provide tax advisory support to US payroll function.
Assisting with employer compliance and statutory reporting requirements
Assist with certain year-end compensation processes, e.g. cash bonus splitting, stock unit conversion and deferred cash distribution splitting, ensuring correct tax withholding basis is applied
What you'll bring to the role:
Good technical understanding of US tax principles
Direct expatriate tax experience
Previous experience in international mobility advantageous
Possess supervisory experience and experience working with remote or cross-functional teams
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently to stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
