US Property Accountant (Sage Intacct/Appfolio)
We have a unique opportunity to partner with one of our esteemed clients, seeking an experienced US Property Accountant. This role requires proficiency in Sage Intacct and AppFolio software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process daily payments for US clients, ensuring timely reconciliation and settlement.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations for clients.
• Develop a strong understanding of lease agreements and invoices in the rental business.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in US Accounting and Property/Rent Management.
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct and AppFolio software.
• Knowledge of property/rent management business and US GAAP accounting principles.
• Familiarity with financial statements and bookkeeping.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
