Job description, work day and responsibilities
The Operations analyst will serve as the primary liaison between Operations teams and other departments to facilitate assigned working sessions and ensure operational and customer objectives are met. The Liaison will identify and select data from multiple disparate systems and organize that data to produce meaningful views of operational performance. They will also develop detailed operational dashboards, compile cost assessment data for projects, and analyze and recommend changes or improvements to service levels, staffing, volume, policies and procedures, financial, audit, compliance, quality, and urgent operations problem resolution.
1. Serves as a primary liaison and facilitates assigned working sessions with Operations teams
to meet operational and customer objectives.
2. Identifies and selects data from multiple disparate systems and organize that data to
produce meaningful views of operational performance.
3. Develops detailed operational dashboards ensuring requirements meet operational
objectives to develop recommendations where applicable.
4. Compiles cost assessment data for projects, and the integration of various project suppliers
and vendors.
5. Develops solid, well-rounded knowledge of a business organization, operating processes,
and any governing policies and regulations over such programs.
6. Sourcing candidates and providing recruitment deliveries to match the customers
requirements.

8. Bachelor’s Degree in management, business administration, finance, or related field
+. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with Operations teams and other departments to facilitate effective communication and ensure the successful implementation of operational objectives.
10. They must be skilled at identifying and selecting relevant data, and have a proven ability to analyse and recommend changes or improvements to operational processes. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively. A Bachelor's degree in management,
business administration, finance, or related field is required, along with experience in a similar role.
