Walk-in for our Eye Hospital at Gurgaon on 22-April-23 between 10:30 Hrs to 16:00 Hrs
1. Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance
· Tax Compliance,
· GST Compliance,
· Statutory Compliance,
· FAR Updation
· Bank reconciliation,
· Vendor Reconciliation,
· E-Invoice Report
Qualification - B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), Semi CA Qualified
Experience required - 6-8 years

2. Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance
1) Establish a clear understanding of the COGS/Capex budget and align efforts to achieve the same in collaboration with other corporate team members & Cluster commercial team
2) Complete COGS vendors /Capex accounting for entire company ( COGS/Capex Vendors accounting , payments , reconciliations , maintenance of Fixed assets register , ensure monthly tagging on fixed assets , Petty Cash accounting and BRS of COGS/Capex accounts , deal with vendors / supply chain team to arrange pending bills ) on a daily basis
3) Ensure timely maintenance & upkeep of all accounting records
Monitor actual cash flow movement against COGS/Capex budget and ensure strict compliance
Monitor COGS vendors’ bill booking against COGS purchases in operating software and ensure 100% booking
4) Timely accounting and payment of COGS/Capex vendors
Timely reporting of all MIS ( FAR , Capital Commitments , COGS payment plan , tracker on COGS vendor reconciliations , weekly purchase report , report on pending COGS bills ) at the company level
5) Conduct feedback session with other corporate team members and Supply Chain team to achieve organization goals by making improvements in existing processes
Manage Supply chain team and cluster commercial team’s complaints / grievances by adopting a professional and sincere approach
6) Maintaining good relationships with COGS/Capex vendors for continuity of month business operations.
7) Support for timely closure of audits (internal and Statutory) by sharing of documents/reports/ information with in stipulated time period.
