Role Description
GrowthScribe is looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Design Associate (Internship) to join our team! If you love designing, creating engaging Reels, and writing impactful content, this role is for you!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Market Research: Analyze competitors and conduct in-depth market research to develop impactful brand strategies that align with current trends and audience preferences.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure content remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with the latest platform updates.
• Graphic Design: Design visually stunning graphics, carousels, and templates tailored for various social media platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility.
• Content Creation: Craft compelling captions, post descriptions, and social media copy that resonate with the target audience and reinforce the brand’s voice.
• Reels & Video Editing: Conceptualize, and edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, ensuring high-quality and trend-relevant content.
• Social Media Management: Schedule posts across multiple channels, track engagement metrics, and provide performance insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Leverage AI Tools: Utilize GPT-powered tools and custom GPTs to generate creative ideas, streamline workflows, and enhance content quality.
• Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas, incorporate feedback, and ensure cohesive branding across all deliverables.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with Canva (mandatory) and Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro.
• Decent English writing skills for engaging content creation.
• Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter social media trends.
• A portfolio showcasing your design and content work (preferred).
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
