Weekend Floor Staff / Waiters – The Flower Shop Penrith
Location: Penrith, NSW

Shifts: Fridays & Saturdays (Afternoons/Evenings)

At The Flower Shop Penrith, we combine the charm of a boutique florist café with lively weekend events and quality service. We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our floor team and deliver outstanding hospitality.
Role Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers with a warm, friendly attitude
Take food and drink orders and deliver them efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables and floor area
Support event service and venue coordination as needed
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming vibe
What We’re Looking For:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Great communication and teamwork skills
Professional presentation and reliability
Able to work Friday and Saturday shifts
Must have full work rights in Australia
RSA preferred (or willing to obtain)
