✅ Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional manner.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues efficiently and courteously.
•
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
•
Provide product/service information to customers accurately.
•
Escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments.
•
Maintain detailed and clear records of interactions with customers.
•
Meet performance targets related to call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• 🎓 Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate (any stream).
•
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
•
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages (Marathi preferred).
•
Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment.
•
Positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
• 📅 Experience:
•
Freshers are welcome – full training will be provided.
•
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in BPO, customer service, or telesales will be given preference.
• ⏰ Working Hours:
•
Full-Time Position.
•
Rotational shifts (Day/Night shifts based on process).
•
6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off.
