Job Description
Chartered Accountant - 3-4 Years experience in accounting and consolidation of Financial statements
Description - External
- Technical accounting - IFRS / Ind AS (Revenue, ESOPS, Derivatives, Leases, Consolidation and associate accounting etc), understanding of corporate laws
- Management reporting and statutory reporting (on a quarterly basis) including consolidation in a Listed company
- Perform Inter-company reconciliation and ensure completeness of all transaction
- Sound understanding of Accounting & Financial Statements
- Financial Reporting & Analysis for of key performance indicators and variance analysis
- Liaise with Auditors for timely conduct of Statutory & Tax Audit and related filings
- Accounting Entries, Liaise with Internal & External stake holders, preparation of MIS & Budget
- Management reporting with Data Analysis & Presentations
- Documents and maintain the system of accounting policies, procedures and operating manuals Qualifications
