Job description
We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM & ERP Implementation Specialist who has deep knowledge of Zoho’s ecosystem and understands departmental workflows involved in successful implementation. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end deployment, customization, integration, and optimization of Zoho applications tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Zoho CRM and Zoho ERP solutions
• Understand business processes across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR) and translate them into Zoho workflows
• Customize modules, fields, layouts, and automation within Zoho CRM
• Configure and manage Zoho apps such as Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Analytics
• Develop and implement workflows, blueprints, and automation rules
• Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (APIs, webhooks, and middleware)
• Data migration, validation, and system testing
• Provide training and documentation for internal teams
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in Zoho CRM and Zoho ERP implementation
• Strong understanding of business processes across multiple departments
• Hands-on experience with Zoho One suite
• Knowledge of Deluge scripting, APIs, and integrations
• Experience in data migration and system configuration
• Ability to analyze requirements and provide scalable solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
