Children Musical Theatre Teacher

Time: 9am - 3pm
Location: Willoughby, Mosman, Manly Vale, Beacon Hill, Mona Vale
We are seeking an experienced and passionate instructor to lead a 5-day program for children aged 6-11. The program will culminate in the creation and performance of a scene or musical for parents to enjoy on the final day.
Responsibilities:
Plan and organize daily rehearsals, workshops, and activities to engage and inspire young kids.
Teach basic acting, singing, and dancing techniques, and provide guidance and support to help children develop their performance skills.
Collaborate with other teaching staff members, to coordinate rehearsals and ensure smooth production flow.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre/ Performing Arts, or related field preferred.
Previous experience working with children in a theatrical setting, such as teaching drama classes, directing productions, or leading musical camps.
Strong knowledge of musical theatre, including acting, singing, and dancing techniques.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
