Job description, work day and responsibilities

• Filing and Records Keeping.
• Utilize Tally software to accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports.
• Assist with accounts payable processes, including verifying invoices, processing payments, and reconciling vendor statements.
• Support accounts receivable functions by preparing invoices, posting customer payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and banking practices that may impact the organization.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including filing documents, responding to inquiries, and assisting with special projects as needed.
• Any other task as may be required as per the situation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
