About Us:

Happy Cheeks Private Limited is a growing D2C brand focused on delivering innovative and high-quality children's toys under the label Kidology. As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance and accuracy across all accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliances
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks)
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for payment tracking and resolution
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
• Maintain documentation for audits and liaise with auditors as needed
• Support inventory and cost accounting related to e-commerce, retail, and logistics
• Reconcile e-commerce platform payouts (Amazon, FirstCry, Blinkit, Zepto,

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in a D2C or e-commerce setup)
• Proficiency in Tally/MS Excel
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulationsJob description
