Audit exposure
This person will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Accounting department by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with the quarterly & annual external SEC financial statements, supporting the monthly accounting close, assisting with our worldwide lease accounting administration system, and acting as a strategic financial business partner to our U.S. Benefits team
Prepare and post accurate journal entries for various accounting transactions
Perform monthly account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support internal & external auditors during audit reviews
Assist in the quarterly and annual SEC financial statements and filings
Assist with financial & variance analysis to support decision-making processes and identify trends or issues for the U.S. Benefits team
Assist in the preparation of employee benefit plan audits and financial statements
Assist with the administration of our global lease accounting system
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations
Assist with ad-hoc projects as required

Financial Accountant II
Overview:
We are seeking a financial accountant to join the Corporate Accounting & Finance team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance. This person will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Accounting department by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with the quarterly & annual external SEC financial statements, supporting the monthly accounting close, assisting with our worldwide lease accounting administration system, and acting as a strategic financial business partner to our U.S. Benefits team.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate is preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of public accounting or other relevant financial experience, preferably within a global publicly traded company; previous "Big 4" experience is a plus, though not required.
