Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager/General Administrator to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and manage all social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
-Answering phone/emails
-General filing including keeping client records updated
-Keeping calendar updated/managing the schedule
-Booking client meetings
-Creating presentations for various uses
-Using powerpoint/word/excel
-Maintaining office supplies
-Event preparation
-General paperwork
-Ordering/following up on material orders
-Manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube etc.
-Graphic design for publications such as flyers, social media, working alongside with advertisement companies
- Writing weekly blog posts about design/Renovation ...
-General graphic design skills a plus
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.
- Familiar with Graphic Design
