Responsibilities
This Administrative Assistant / Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist position has the primary responsibility to assist in administrative tasks in the enrollment process for clients
In this role, successful candidates need to be highly organized with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Promptly confirm receipt of enrollment requests
Accurately process data entry updated member/subscriber demographic and benefits election information in a timely manner
Communicate to client the request has been processed appropriately
Address internal and external client inquiries with professionalism
Track and report incoming requests and completion for management review

This Administrative Assistant / Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist position has the primary responsibility to assist in administrative tasks in the enrollment process for clients.
