Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge and experience working in LU computer systems such as Banner, Cardinal Purch, Argos, Degree Works, Dashboard, AdAstra Scheduling, Chrome River, Smartsheet, etc
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Familiarity with administrative procedures and systems, such as filing, scheduling, and record-keeping
Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with staff, students, and faculty
Physical Requirement
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
Occasional lifting of office supplies or materials weighing up to 25 pounds
Frequent walking or standing during events or when assisting in office organization
This position may require the performance of other job-related duties to meet university and departmental needs
Three years of experience in an office setting and (High School Diploma or GED ) OR one year of experience in an office setting and (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree)
Familiarity with specialized terms, practices, or systems
51.215, which authorizes the employer to obtain criminal history record information

Responsibilities
The Admin Assistant III supports departmental functions by performing advanced administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and maintaining records
