Edward Meller Ladies shoes and handbags is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team in David Jones Bondi Junction. If you want to progress in your retail career, love styling customers, and have a love for fashion, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a full time ASM for our concession store in Bondi, to give a great shopping experience to all our customers and to help the Edward Meller brand shine. If you are passionate about customer service, have a love for shoes and fashion then this could be the role for you. Edward Meller Ladies shoes prides itself on its reputation as a provider of quality craftsmanship, comfort, fit and function. We provide customers with an attainable luxury product that they can invest in now and enjoy for years to come. Duties of role

- Maintain excellent standards of customer service

- Build and develop customer loyalty

- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up issues to resolution

- Merchandising and general store operations

Skills and experience required

- Proven experience in retail leadership

- Strong customer service skills

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Strong sales ability- Experience in achieving sales targets

- Energetic and positive team member.
