The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Transport and Home Delivery Experience Manager to lead the transformation of King Living’s global delivery and logistics network. This is a high-impact leadership role tasked with designing and executing the roadmap for a best-in-class, customer-first last-mile delivery experience.
You will oversee the strategic planning, performance, and continuous improvement of King Living’s own fleet operations as well as third-party delivery providers. You’ll also work cross-functionally to elevate customer satisfaction, efficiency, and reliability through innovative systems, proactive communication, and digital delivery experience tools.

The Role
Develop and execute customer delivery and transport strategies, focused on cost-efficiency and premium last-mile performance
Lead the day-to-day operations of King Living’s delivery network and transport logistics, across both internal fleets and third-party providers
Set up and manage a high-performing in-house delivery fleet including driver recruitment, training, and performance oversight
Implement customer experience initiatives including delivery tracking, proactive communication, and post-delivery follow-up
Design and manage robust KPIs to monitor operational efficiency, NPS, service levels, and cost performance
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Warehousing teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery experiences
Oversee contract negotiation and relationship management with transport providers and couriers
Drive digital transformation initiatives using advanced logistics software and customer engagement tools
Lead and mentor a high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence
Manage delivery budgets, produce regular reporting, and identify cost optimisation opportunities
Ensure compliance with transport laws, WHS regulations, and internal policies across the delivery ecosystem
About You
You are a proven leader with significant experience in last-mile delivery, transport logistics, and customer delivery management
You’re a strategic thinker with the ability to transform vision into effective, scalable operations
You bring a deep understanding of fleet operations, courier management, and compliance standards
You are customer-obsessed, with experience improving NPS and service quality through innovative delivery experiences
You are confident managing budgets, interpreting data, and driving operational KPIs
You bring strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, collaborating across all levels of the business
You are passionate about technology and digital transformation within supply chain and logistics
You have a strong background in safety leadership, compliance, and performance optimisation
