We are the most accomplished USA Swimming club in Rockland County with over 40 years of history including USA Swimming Bronze Medal Status, former USA National team member, Junior National Champion, multiple Olympic Trials qualifiers (20 years straight), and NYS high school champions (4 in 2026-2026). Our age group swimmers (14 & Under) have had similar regional and national success.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic swim coach who shares our passion for the sport and is dedicated to developing the next generation of youth athletes. We are looking for both age group and senior assistant coaches, and for the right candidate, we can create a lead coach role within one of our training groups.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for swimmers aged 8-12 for our intermediate competitive swimmers.
- Provide coaching to improve technique, endurance, and performance
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all swimmers
- Assist coaches in other skill groups to foster continuity across our program
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience or competitive swimmer (college level preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, training methods, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- USA Swimming Coach Membership in good standing prior to start date, but not required to apply (https://www.usaswimming.org/docs/default-source/membership/coach-membership-requirements.pdf)
