Assistant Venue Manager - Zone Bowling & Timezone Belconnen
Are you ready to lead a team in one of Canberra’s most dynamic entertainment destinations? As our Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our ONLY dual-branded Zone Bowling & Timezone venue in Canberra! From bowling lanes & games to events, you’ll help create unforgettable experiences for guests of all ages!
What You’ll Be Doing
Be a hands-on leader, supporting daily operations and technical functions to keep the good times rolling!
Inspire and empower your team through roster planning, training, and mentoring
Drive excellence in guest experience, ensuring every visit is memorable
Collaborate with the Venue Manager to shape the success of the venue
Champion our values: FUN, REMARKABLE, REAL, OBSESSED, PARTNER - every single day
Who You Are
You’ve got a valid Working With Vulnerable People Check (or are ready to get one!)
You hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
You’re a natural leader with experience in hospitality or entertainment venues (technical experience would be amazing too, but not essential by any means!)
You bring energy, innovation, and drive, and inspire your team to do the same
You’re a relationship builder, especially when it comes to corporate and social bookings
You understand the financial side of business and are eager to grow!
You’re passionate about making people smile and creating WOW moments.
