As an Associate Director of HR at a leading company in Noida, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch expertise in various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, conducting training, enhancing employee engagement, strategic talent planning, and managing recruitment processes for a global workforce of over 400 employees.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years at a senior managerial level. You must possess the ability to develop and implement HR policies, manage compliance, and have a background in a technology-based startup or enterprise environment. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential for this position, as you will be required to work closely with employees at all levels.

A bachelor's or post-graduate degree in business or HR from a reputed institute is necessary, along with XLRI certification. Experience in coaching and advising employees, as well as a deep understanding of best HR practices, will be advantageous.
