Job description, work day and responsibilities

As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for providing guidance and coordination with country HR teams for various HR projects, surveys, policies, and contracts. You will accurately collate data from all locations on a monthly basis and prepare HR dashboards and presentations as required. Additionally, you will plan and launch employee engagement surveys, monitor budgeted versus actual headcount, and analyze recruitment challenges on a country/entity-wise basis.

Your role will also involve maintaining HRMIS and dashboards to ensure the correctness of employee data, employee records, and assisting in various HR matters such as employee contracts, policies, and the annual performance management cycle. You will work closely with Country HR teams and Finance teams to provide analysis and employee data reports regularly.

To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources with 5-8 years of experience in HR, data collation, and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics is essential. You should be adaptable, possess efficient coordination skills, and be able to multitask effectively. A good understanding of business processes and corporate functioning, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, will be crucial in managing internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires you to work 5.5 days a week on-site, supporting any new projects and ad-hoc data requirements as necessary.,
