Responsibilities
As an Associate Video Editor, you will be a vital member of our creative team, contributing to the production of high-quality branded content
You will play a key role in facilitating our post-production workflow, collaborating closely with our video editors, colorists, and post-production manager throughout the various stages of the process
Your responsibilities will include preparing video editing and color grading projects for launch and promotional campaigns
This involves creating shot selection sequences from video shoots, gathering necessary assets, and organizing editing projects for other editors
Additionally, you will be responsible for various editing tasks, such as adapting and re-editing videos, as well as creating and exporting different formats for international markets
You will also contribute to the editing of evergreen content for our social media platforms and website, adhering to learned best practices

Job Summary:

As an Associate Video Editor, you will be a vital member of our creative team, contributing to the production of high-quality branded content. You will play a key role in facilitating our post-production workflow, collaborating closely with our video editors, colorists, and post-production manager throughout the various stages of the process.

What You’ll Do:

Your responsibilities will include preparing video editing and color grading projects for launch and promotional campaigns. This involves creating shot selection sequences from video shoots, gathering necessary assets, and organizing editing projects for other editors. Additionally, you will be responsible for various editing tasks, such as adapting and re-editing videos, as well as creating and exporting different formats for international markets. You will also contribute to the editing of evergreen content for our social media platforms and website, adhering to learned best practices.

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:
• Working experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effect
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• An eagerness to grow as a marketing professional and to learn processes and tools

Preferred:
• Working knowledge with several programs in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Frame.io or similar review platform
• Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana, and digital asset management software, such as Canto
• Interest in diverse social media platforms
• An interest in data-driven marketing

Compensation:
• $30/Hour for up to 40 hours per week (through January 2025)
