Large firm providing clients with business litigation and transactional needs
Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of issues, including corporate governance, corporate securities, and lobbying activities
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Represent the organization in legal proceedings, if necessary
Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to protect the organization's interests
Coordinate with outside counsel, as needed
Stay updated on current legislation and legal trends that may impact the organization
Provide training and guidance to the organization on legal matters
Participate in the decision-making process of the organization, providing legal insights and perspectives
