What You Will Do
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to our residents. You will assist with daily routines including dressing, mobility, and personal care, while promoting independence and choice. You will support each resident's wellbeing by following their personalised care plans and taking time to understand their preferences and needs. You will contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere by encouraging social interaction and ensuring each resident feels safe, respected, and valued. Your care and attention will make a meaningful difference to the lives of those we support every day.

What We Are Looking For

Experience as a Care Assistant is welcomed but not essential – full training will be provided
A genuine passion for working with older people
A positive, respectful, and compassionate approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable, but not required
