What We Offer

£12.70 per hour
Flexible zero-hours contract – choose shifts that suit your lifestyle
Day and night shifts available
Paid PVG, free uniform, and onsite parking
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time equivalent)

What You Will Do
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will support residents with daily tasks including personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and companionship. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where residents can thrive and feel truly at home.

No two days are the same, but every moment counts.

What We Are Looking For

Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential
A kind, compassionate nature and a strong work ethic
Good communication and teamworking skills
A willingness to learn and grow in your role
