Responsibilities
In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking security equipment including security camera, access control, and alarm systems, banking drive-up equipment, vaults, safe deposit boxes, ATMs and more
As a Banking Service Technician, you are part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows
Acts as “our customer’s best service provider” at all times, prioritizing and completing all service calls and preventive maintenance daily
Uses solid troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software
Communicating service schedules and outcomes with customers in a timely manner
Completes accurate and detailed service reports for customer and Convergint in a timely manner to allow for accurate invoicing and job cost tracking
Escalating issues and reassigning service calls as needed
Maintains a high-level of industry knowledge through training and certifications

Requirements:

Preferred Experience: (but not required):
• CCTV experience: March Networks / Verint.
• Intrusion and Access Control experience: DMP / Bosch / PACOM / Lenel.
• Banking equipment including pneumatic drive-ups, VATS, ATMs, vaults, safety deposit boxes, etc.
