Beauty Works was established in 1++5 and is an award winning salon based in the heart of the beautiful village of Alderley Edge, Cheshire.
Beauty Works’ outstanding customer care and treatments have been acknowledged by Guinot as a UK Crown salon every year since the award was introduced. We have also won the Guinot Grand Prix Salon of the Year and the Crown of Crown Award, which officially recognised us as the Best Salon in the whole of UK and Ireland, out of 1700 salons! Above all, we pride ourselves on being friendly, caring and welcoming.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU
We have a truly fantastic team of 10, which has made winning these awards possible and they also help create the great working environment which we are all fortunate to share.
We offer all staff best in class in-house and external training, ensuring that we are all trained to the highest industry standards. We use Guinot, ESPA, Dermaquest, BIAB and Lycon, however it isn’t essential you‘ve been trained on any of these product ranges. However, you will need to be NVQ Level 3 qualified and confident in the basics, such as:
• Manicures & Pedicures
• Gel Polish
• Waxing
• Massage
• Facials
We can be flexible and offer full time or part time hours, depending upon the person.
The salary is £25,000 to £30,0000 pro rata and depending on experience (based on full time hrs of 3+.5).
We also offer a bonus which is based on treatment and retail sales, staff discount off all products and 28 days holiday.
QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy
• Taking pride in providing first class customer service
• 2 years + experience preferred
• Experience in BIAB an advantage
• A true team player
