We’re a new business looking for a proactive and detail oriented Bookkeeper to join our team one day a week, with the potential for hours to increase as the business grows.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who can take initiative and support us in building strong financial systems from the start. You’ll be instrumental in setting up and maintaining our financial processes as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day to day bookkeeping tasks
Process invoices and receipts using Xero and Hubdoc
Assist with cash flow and budget tracking for projects
Generate and interpret reports using Fathom - external assistance with this also.
Support business operations and provide insights to help inform strategic financial decisions
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have proven experience with Xero, Hubdoc, and Fathom
Are reliable, organised, and detail focused
Have excellent communication skills
Thrive working independently and take initiative
Are excited by the idea of growing with a new business
Have experience in book keeping for the construction industry.
