Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to
Proactively identify and establish new business and referral opportunities within a diversified portfolio utilising local networks of BFS customers and referral partners to meet income targets.
Implement specific local competitive and aggressive sales/income campaigns and initiatives to sell and promote tailored Bank products and services within Bank parameters on an annual basis
Develop and improve professional excellence through management of individual and team's performance, including coaching, monitoring, supervision of direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their role to be compliant with FSRA requirements and external legislation in a professional and ethical manner
Prepare and submit for approval business lending proposals outside own authorities with full justification for recommendations, including obtaining and analysing industry and business information.
Ensure adherence to internal operating policies and procedures, maintaining compliance standards in accordance with regulatory frameworks.

Strong understanding and experience with the lending process and credit policy, procedures and statutory requirements
Strong diversified portfolio management experience
High attention to detail and stakeholder management sills
Resilience and adaptability to manage clients with varying levels of financial circumstances

Willingness to learn and develop to cater for varying market segments
