This is a full-time, permanent opportunity where you’ll be the face of our clinic and play a key part in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

About the Role
As the first point of contact, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients. You’ll be responsible for:
Managing bookings and responding to patient enquiries with professionalism and empathy
Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
Handling billing (including Medicare), payments, and daily banking
Supporting clinical teams to keep the day running smoothly
Staying on top of multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-focused setting
