Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and potentially chat inquiries from prospective and existing clients.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers, generate leads, and explain the benefits of Atmabodh Wellness Center's programs and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable wellness packages, memberships, and treatments.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about services, pricing, promotions, and scheduling.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of wellness programs and handle objections to close sales.
• Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up calls for potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service offerings, and industry trends within the wellness sector.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product understanding.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center, telesales, or customer service role, preferably with a focus on sales.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technologies.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
