Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and Design Bot Solutions:
• Lead the design and architecture of scalable bot solutions using the Microsoft Bot Framework, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality user interactions.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into conversational AI solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Required:
• 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in conversational AI/bot development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure Bot Services, Azure OpenAI (Copilot), and Power Virtual Agents (PVA).
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, Node.js, or Python for building bot solutions.
• Experience in integrating bots with Microsoft Teams, Slack, and other messaging platforms.
• Experience with Azure Cognitive Services (LUIS, QnA Maker, Speech API) for advanced NLP features.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs for extending PVA and bot functionalities.
• Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Preferred:
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure technologies.
• Experience with OpenAI models, AI ethics, and data privacy considerations in AI systems.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.
