Responsibilities

Must have a knowledge of the role and responsibilities of a Hematology Coagulation and Urinalysis departments. Knowledge of CAP and Joint Commission regulations that pertains to the common practices applicable to the department.

This job description may not be inclusive, may perform other related duties as assigned by the Section Leader and/or Lab Supervisor.

Qualifications
3+ years bench experience is required, with some supervisory experience helpful.
Masters degree in relevant Lab Science or in management desirable OR equivalent work experience for academic requirements.
Current State of CA license as a Clinical Lab Scientist is required.
ASCP registration or equivalent
