Responsibilities
As an Associate System Administrator, you will support the implementation and administration of Stryker’s Vocera Smartbadge solution
You will be the go-to resource for nurses and clinicians at the customer site to train them on our hands-free communication product
Your workflow knowledge, people skills and troubleshooting ability help us deliver on Stryker’s mission- to make healthcare better
You will manage multiple Vocera databases and establish and document processes for maintaining data integrity
Manage Vocera servers, software updates, OS maintenance, backups, and collaborate with the customer on anti-virus, server monitoring and disaster recovery practices
You will manage Vocera devices: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage the RMA process and spares pool and document all processes
Train users to use Vocera effectively; collaborate with the customer to establish, document, and deploy sustainable training processes
Provide on-site support for reporting and resolving end user issues, including issues with Vocera equipment, database and training
Provide on-site support for troubleshooting, resolving, and reporting technical issues to the appropriate support organization
Collaborate with the customer to develop and administer end user satisfaction programs, including regular end user satisfaction surveys, per the customer’s guidelines

What you will do:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Cloud Architect

Cloud Design – Highly Desired Skills
• Experience designing enterprise cloud solutions with Microsoft Azure preferred. Other experience with AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure would be sufficient as well.
• Strong understanding of cloud shared responsibility and security models
• Secure system design and development principles to conform to state and federal guidelines.
• Experience architecting complex solutions on public cloud infrastructure.
• Cloud Monitoring and Alerting Solutions (Azure Monitor, SCOM, SolarWinds)
• Cloud migration planning, design, and process for large enterprise organizations.
Cloud Solution Implementation – Highly Desired Skills
• Scripting with Python and/or PowerShell.
• Experience with Infrastructure Configuration Solutions
• Designing and implementing with cloud IaaS and PaaS Services.
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation or Azure Resource Manager, Terraform and/or Azure Bicep.
