Job description
- Conducts telephone conversations to identify and qualify prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in Excel spreadsheet format.
- Investigate and create new revenue generating events & ideas
- Assist in education and training of sales teams on events and sponsorship opportunities
- Assist account representatives with preparing & presenting event sales presentations
- Brainstorm and develop custom activation plans for account representatives & clients
- Create and manage sales collateral for event packages
- Create customized sponsorships and sales materials as needed
- Analyze the value and reporting results of each event
- Create event re-cap presentations for internal and external purposes.

Position: Community Co-Ordinator- Events
Objective:
Bring together people managers and leaders who aim to build high-trust, high-performance cultures through world-class events and a dynamic community.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Build a Premier Community: Develop a top-notch leadership network with a value proposition that sets us apart.
• Host Unforgettable Events: Plan and execute impactful offline events, including the Conclaves, Summit, and local meetups, creating standout experiences.
• Drive Engagement and Growth: Keep the community active and expanding with strategic initiatives that get members involved.
• Forge Meaningful Partnerships: Build lasting relationships with members, speakers, partners, and sponsors to create win-win situations.
• Deliver Sponsor Visibility: Showcase sponsors in style, ensuring all commitments are met seamlessly.
• Ensure Events Are Packed: Lead delegate sales to maximize attendance and buzz around each event.
• Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with internal teams to elevate the community brand and member experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
• Event Champion: Enthusiasm and experience in planning both in-person and online events.
• Networking Ace: Skilled at building connections, with strong planning, organization, and project management abilities.
• Skills: Good with Excel and PowerPoint
