Responsibilities
Position Summary: The Commercial Plumbing Salesman is responsible for generating sales of plumbing products and services to commercial clients
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with business owners to promote and sell plumbing solutions
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential commercial clients
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client inquiries
Conduct site visits and consultations to understand client requirements
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and industry standards
Promote the benefits and features of plumbing products and services to clients
Stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry developments
Sales Administration:
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in ServiceTitan
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, project management) to ensure successful project execution
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements/contracts
Close sales deals and ensure contract terms are met
Handle any post-sale issues or concerns to maintain client satisfaction
