Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Communications Lead, based in Delhi, India. The Communications Lead will manage organizational communications strategy, craft press releases, oversee internal communications, and coordinate with stakeholders to enhance brand image. Additional responsibilities include drafting content, delivering clear messaging, and ensuring organizational alignment in communication efforts.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Communication, Internal Communications, and interpersonal relationship-building
• Experience writing Press Releases and creating tailored Strategic Communications
• Exceptional Writing abilities for both internal and external communication needs
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay organized under deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field preferredFamiliarity with public relations strategies and building brand campaigns
• Proven experience in leading teams or managing projects in the communications domain is a plus
