As a social media executive, you will collaborate with our marketing and communications team. You will also manage our social media presence in terms of subscribers or followers, create and execute strategies, and engage with our audience to increase brand awareness and sales of our product and services. You should be able to lead and manage our digital campaigns to nurture our brand's online visibility—from ideation to final execution and analysis.
If you have a knack for written communication and captioning skills as per social media trends and enjoy working in an interactive and growth-oriented environment, you could be an excellent fit for the role and can join our in-house business development team.
Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with marketing and communications teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms.
· Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
· Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
· Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from the media about a given product line.
Required skills and qualifications
· Experience of 0.6 months to 1 year of experience in social media/digital marketing, content writing for social networking sites, and social media management.
· Expertise in social media platforms (like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
· Good English Communication (Written/Verbal)
· Strong knowledge of creating images and videos and content for promotion on social media websites.
· Good communication and caption-writing skills for social media posts that attract more users.
· Knowledge of social media management tools.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Knowledge about managing paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Tumblr, and Reddit will be an added advantage.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
