Key Responsibilities
Community Strategy & Growth
Define and deliver value for members at every stage—novice, early career, and advanced practitioners.
Build pathways for contributors and ambassadors, fostering recognition, safety, and belonging.
Transform member feedback into actionable insights for content, product, and experience improvements.
Programming & Engagement
Launch and curate dynamic programming: forums, AMAs, “show-your-work” threads, clinics, cohorts, and engaging virtual/in-person events.
Create and share practical resources—templates, checklists, and case studies—to help members achieve success quickly.
Public Voice & Partnerships
Serve as a visible host for webinars, podcasts, and community posts.
Recruit and spotlight industry leaders, and activate strategic partnerships that expand our reach and impact.
Platform & Operations
Collaborate with Product to evolve our community platform—enhancing groups, events, notifications, analytics, and new features that drive engagement.
Collaborative Workshops
Manage the calendar and facilitator intake for Prosci’s signature 90-minute workshops.
Ensure high-quality, outcome-driven sessions that integrate with ongoing community discussions.
Use member demand and feedback to refine topics and cadence.
Requirements
Success Profile
Based on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following minimum qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies.

Communicates Effectively – Strong public presence (clear writer, confident facilitator), data-literate, and able to turn frameworks into practical how-tos.
Strategic Vision & Innovation – Ability to set a compelling vision for community growth and engagement, anticipating industry trends and member needs. Creative problem-solving and willingness to experiment with new formats, technologies, and engagement strategies.
Member Experience & Empathy – Deep commitment to member experience, with the ability to listen, empathize, and respond to feedback constructively. Skilled at fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment where all voices are valued.
Change Leadership – Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives, inspire action, and mobilize community members around shared goals.
Relationship Building & Influence – Skilled at building trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including members, partners, and industry leaders. Experience in advocacy and representing the organization in public forums, conferences, and media.
Builds Effective Teams – Proven player-coach: both create on your own and build a team that drives scalable systems.
Crisis Management & Moderation – Experience handling sensitive issues, conflict resolution, and maintaining a safe, respectful online environment.
Technical/Functional Skills
Digital Savvy & Analytics – Proficient in leveraging digital platforms, social media, and analytics tools to measure impact and optimize engagement. Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and reporting on community health metrics.
Content Strategy & Storytelling – Strong storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives that highlight member achievements and community impact. Ability to curate and amplify member-generated content to showcase the vibrancy of the community.
Track record growing practitioner communities: onboarding to first value, UGC flywheels, cohorts/events that sustain engagement.
Qualifications
10+ years’ experience across Change and Transformation, with a proven ability to establish rich communities of practice.
Prosci Change Practitioner Certification.
Additional Information
Travel Requirements: This role requires up to 10% travel for conferences, internal meetings and company events.
Work Location: This is a remote role within Canada.
Compensation: $130,000 – 150,000 CAD is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for inclusion in our bonus program.
