Nous recherchons un consultant indépendant spécialisé en opérations TI et automatisation pour optimiser nos outils numériques et améliorer la productivité de l’équipe. La personne idéale saura travailler sur l’intégration, l’automatisation et la performance de nos solutions actuelles, tout en formant l’équipe sur les meilleures pratiques.

Responsabilités :

Configurer et optimiser l’intégration entre GoHighLevel, Microsoft 365/Teams et Fireflies afin de fluidifier la gestion des rendez-vous.
Mettre en place des automatisations dans ClickUp (création de tâches, sous-tâches, rappels, intégration avec les emails et dossiers partagés).
Optimiser les performances des sites Web sous Elementor (réduction des lenteurs, optimisation CSS/serveur).
Améliorer l’utilisation des outils existants (ClickUp, GHL, Canva) pour réduire le travail manuel et les frictions dans les processus internes.
Documenter les solutions mises en place et former l’équipe pour assurer leur adoption.
Exigences :

Expérience confirmée en intégration et automatisation d’outils SaaS (GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Make/Zapier, M365).
Connaissances techniques en hébergement Web (WordPress, Elementor, PHP/MySQL).
Compréhension des environnements de travail collaboratifs (Teams, Fireflies).
Capacité à concevoir et à améliorer des processus existants.
Excellentes compétences en communication, documentation et formation.
Autonomie et sens de l’organisation pour mener un mandat de A à Z.
Conditions du mandat :

Mandat à court terme, réalisé principalement en télétravail.
Collaborations par rencontres virtuelles pour les suivis et validations.
Flexibilité dans la planification pour s’adapter aux besoins de l’équipe.

Rémunération : 32,39$ à 56,22$ par heure
