Job Purpose:
Position will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of an existing renewal portfolio. This person will be expected to: adhere to Regional and Group Commercial Underwriting standards and guidelines by analyzing and providing policy structure and premium rate recommendations for renewal programs, assist and actively participate in the development and management of customer and broker relationship s.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage personal renewal portfolio
• Review and actively monitor portfolio to ensure compliance with Regional and Group Commercial Underwriting standards
• Ensure EH technical underwriting standards are upheld to ensure long-term profitability and quality of customer portfolio
• Quote/negotiate renewal business transactions in accordance with Regional & Group standards
• Manage, develop and maintain key broker and customer relationships
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plan
• Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities within existing portfolio
• Provide New Business Broker Managers commercial underwriting assistance and guidance
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met. For instance:
• Risk Underwriting to maximize approvals for existing policyholders.
• XoL/Non-Can team to discuss existing insureds who may have graduated to non-can solution
Take ownership of special projects and broker servicing needs as needed.
Key Experience:
Market knowledge:
• Strong knowledge and expertise of trade credit
• Build strong and trusting ties with brokers, market participants
• internal leadership behavior:
• Fostering strong regional new business development by providing commercial underwriting oversight to NBBM
External leadership behavior:
• Utilize insightful and consultative sales approach
• Viewed as trusted advisor for customers and broker partners
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 3-5 years’ trade credit commercial underwriting, customer service or sales experience
• Ability to profitably retain policyholders and build long-term relationships
• Ability to build strong relationships with broker producers located in region which results in strong renewal business production
• Expert knowledge of Compass, Copernicus and IRP

Compensation range:
$85,000k-$105,000k
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary ranges are only one component of our total compensation package.

The Music Operations Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the Music Development Manager and Music Operations team within the Music Initiative program. Description
The Music Operations Specialist role will assist the Music Development Manager and Music Operations team with day-to-day administration within the clients Music Initiative program.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Music Development, Music Operations, and artist suppliers to help facilitate receipt of all new approved music documentation
• Work closely with the Music Development, Purchasing, and Legal to aid in new supplier procurement, prepare new artist contracts, and assist in contract renewals for artists. Must demonstrate 100% accuracy in all contracts work
• Work closely with all Artists, Music Production and Audio Librarian to help get all music files signed off and available for use quickly and consistently
• Execute music operation admin tasks, including data entry and file management
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams – including Partnerships, Operations, Legal, Artists, and Music Production
• Enter new music & artist deliveries into DAM (Digital Asset Management) system and follow up with Music Development to receive required data for ingestion
• Support department quarterly, half, and year-end analysis reports, and other administration as needed
• Monitor and ensure copyright compliance, collaborating with internal teams to address any issues or concerns
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an arts/music organization
• Strong computer skills (Including MS Outlook, Google Drive, Word, Excel, Tableau, Cortex)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fluid, fast-paced environment
• Experience communicating and working well with artists and creatives, and to thrive in a team environment
• Experience with music industry contracts and copyright
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with digital asset management systems, digital service providers (DSPs), and music data standards
• Knowledge of copyright laws and regulations, with experience in managing copyright compliance
• Experience with DDEX standards
• Music background is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Music business, communications, admin type of degree.
