Contracts are the most important unsolved problem in modern business. 100% of all money that enters a business or leaves a business is because someone signed a contract. However, the contracting process at most companies is slow, opaque, and riddled with inefficiencies. Legal Teams at most of these companies are often buried with mountains of mundane work and their business counterparts are often frustrated with slow turnaround times and lack of visibility. SpotDraft aims to solve this massive globally applicable problem.
We’re currently actively expanding our footprint in India, USA, Canada, UK & Singapore. SpotDraft is used by big brands such as AirBnb and Panasonic as well as fast-growing global startups such as Notion, Apollo, Chargebee, and many more. On average, SpotDraft saves in-house legal counsels 10 hours per week and helps close deals 2x faster.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Promotions: Develop and execute engaging social media content to promote events and drive engagement across platforms. Work with the content team to schedule event posts on the social media calendar.
Email Campaigns: Craft compelling pre-event and post-event emails to generate interest, drive attendance, and maintain engagement with participants.
Educational and Event Content Creation: Create guides, ebooks, long-form educational assets, high-quality downloadables, playbooks, and landing pages to engage our audience and support event initiatives.
Registration Driving: Write captivating copy to drive registrations and maximize attendance for events.
Blog Writing: Create informative and engaging blog posts to cross-promote our events and highlight key insights and takeaways.
Event Branding: Collaborate with the design and events teams to develop cohesive and impactful event branding materials.
Content Repurposing: Repurpose event content, such as webinar videos and panel discussions, into different formats for extended reach and engagement.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of relevant content writing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including design and events teams.
Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop innovative content that captures audience attention.
SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices to ensure all content is optimized for search engines.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into event content.
