💰 £2,200 - £3,520 (Est.) 📍 Northern Ireland 🕐 5 days ago

Job Description

The thing that makes your position so important in Equator is that you are responsible for optimising the digital experience for prospective and existing customers, using data-led strategy to drive conversion uplift on our clients’ digital journeys.

Main Responsibilities
• Analyse the data in depth but critically, extract the meaning and learnings from the data to ultimately support decision-making, UX optimisation and strategy – thus delivering value to our clients
• Help to plan, develop and execute a CRO strategy for our Insights clients, to reduce customer friction and improve funnel conversion rates, revenue and other KPIs and metrics for businesses, using data from various digital analytics tools
• Use your analysis skills to discover issues and opportunities for digital user experience improvements including statistical testing (A/B and MVT)
• Align proposed testing initiatives with clear KPI’s that align with overall business goals and objectives
• Be responsible for analysing large datasets using platforms like Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics and Optimizely
• Develop and continually add to a detailed and considered roadmap of testing initiatives, fuelled by detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Execute the end-to-end process to implement said roadmap of testing initiatives (test mock-up, test configuration, quality assurance, test activation, test analysis)
• Ensure each testing initiative is delivered on time, and provide detailed performance reports on the back of each
• Work collaboratively within the wider business (alongside Strategy, Design and Development) to develop, launch and measure new tests based on reporting analysis
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities within tight timeframes
• Work flexibility and adapt recommendations to suit client budgets
• Be committed to making a positive impact for our clients

The Ideal Candidate
• A data-driven and commercial mindset with strong knowledge of CRO principles to deliver user outcomes
• Ability to extract, analyse and interpret data from various analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics as essential requirements)
• Expertise in identifying areas for improvement from both detailed analytics and previous experience in UX
• Proven experience in systematically optimising user experience - creating, prioritising and evolving CRO roadmaps
• Solid understanding of web tracking, demonstrated expertise in A/B and MV testing
• A good understanding of general UX & UI best practices, as well as (ideally) psychology and persuasion principles
• Demonstrated copywriting skills (within the context of proposed experiments)
• Hands-on experience with testing and personalisation tools (Optimizely essential), covering the full end-to-end process from test configuration, quality assurance, activation to analysis.
• Understanding of technical elements including HTML, CSS and JavaScript (NB: Not necessarily carrying out hands-on coding & development but a competent understanding within the context of proposing and troubleshooting experiments)
• Basic experience with design tools (such as Figma) used in the creation of experiment wireframes
• Broad understanding of digital and marketing influences (e.g. SEO, PPC, Affiliates, DM) and their impact on web performance
• Excellent planning, task management and time management skills
