About Mindler:

Mindler is a digital therapy service that is rethinking therapy to meet today’s needs. In the UK, demand for mental health support has grown faster than services can keep up. And this is only increasing. Mindler combines beautiful, mobile optimised technology with high quality therapists and psychologists available via video call. We call this “blended” CBT - which provides both a fantastic patient experience with the scale to meet today’s needs.

Good mental health is often a prerequisite for someone to achieve their full potential in life - but with long waiting lists, many people who are struggling can’t get access to the help they need. By joining Mindler, you will help improve the lives of thousands of people, and set a new standard for mental health care in Europe.

We are proud to be an award-winning partner to the NHS. Our adult service for Autism and ADHD assessments provides rapid access to diagnosis, free at the point of use for NHS patients. Our service is expanding across the UK and you will play a key role in integrating this offering into NHS frontline services in new regions.

It is just the beginning for Mindler, and we need your help as we transform how neurodevelopmental assessments are delivered.

About The Role:

As a care coordinator with the UK team, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and efficient day-to-day support for our patients. You will be responsible for assisting our clinical and operational staff to help them ensure that they can provide the best possible patient care in a remote setting. A typical day will include:
• Patient Response - responding to patient queries via email, text and phone
• Patient Support - supporting and nudging patients by text to help them complete pre-assessment questionnaires and appointments
• Clinician Support - supporting our therapists with their appointments and calendars as well as supporting sharing of reports

About You:
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Previous experience in healthcare is not required - but it is important you feel strongly about mental health, and want to make a positive impact for our patients
• An understanding of neurodevelopmental need, and ability to adapt communication to meet the needs of adults with ADHD / Autism is desired
• Strong communication skills including a good phone manner
• Ability to deliver compassionate and personalised communications with our patients
• Comfortable using modern technology such as Google Suite
• Empathetic and understanding in challenging situations

The Details:

The working location for this role is flexible. You can be fully remote from anywhere in the UK but are welcome to attend our London office as frequently as you would like.

This role is for 20 hours per week but we can be flexible on which days/hours you wish to work within this.

You will be joining a dynamic and closely integrated team with lots of support and great development opportunities.
