Job description, work day and responsibilities

Responsibilities(howwewillmeasuresuccess):
Provide full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters ensuring full compliance under therelevant laws pertaining to registrations ofCompany / LLP / Sole proprietorship / or anyother type of entities.
Shareholding and Director related transactions, Strike off anddocumentdraftinginaccordancewiththeCompaniesAct, Singapore.
Coordinating, monitoring and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
requirementsaremetandadheringtotimelines.
Assist with ACRA filings with utmost attention and relevant documentation.
Responsibleformaintenanceofstatutoryregistersandotherrelevant
formaspertherequirement of ACRA and Companies Act, Singapore (Example: Registerof Controller,Register of Nominee Shareholder, orDirector, etc).
Engage with third parties such as Auditors asandwhenrequiredinordertocompleteclient’stransactions.
HaveunderstandingofKYC(KnowYourCustomer)requirements for onboarding clients fromdifferent countries.
Tasks:
Officerchanges(appointment,resignation,removalandchangein particulars).
AlterationofCapitalandTransferofShares.
Convertible Notes / SAFE / ESOP adoption and issuance.
Strike off / Redomiciliation.
Registration of all forms of legal entities.
Declaration of Dividend.
Annualfiling.
Redenomination of Shares / Consolidation of capital / Sub-division of shares.
Preparation of Director and Member resolution based on requirements.
Who you are:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the corporate secretarial work.
MinimumDiploma/AdvancedDiploma/Degreeinrelevantfield,BusinessAdministration, Business Management or Law.
CSISqualificationwouldbeadvantageous.
Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills;teamplayer.
Driven and capable of working independentlywith attention to details and maintaining
high performance under tight deadlines.
