Are you a friendly, organised and professional individual who enjoys being the first point of contact in a busy office? We’re looking for a Corporate Services Assistant to take the lead on reception duties while supporting a range of corporate services functions.

At Partick Housing Association, we’re committed to delivering excellent homes and services to our communities. As the welcoming face of our organisation, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive helpful first impression for customers as well as providing a central support across the business.

What You’ll Do:
• Be the first point of contact at reception – greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide administrative support across governance, HR, communications, events and office management.
• Assist with Board and Committee meetings, including preparing papers and taking minutes.
• Support internal communications and staff engagement activities.
• Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

What You’ll Bring:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office
• A proactive, flexible approach and a commitment to great customer service
• Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (desirable)
