The Role

The Team Admin will support the UK + EMEA Series PR team, based in London, which includes both scripted and nonfiction titles. We need someone who has experience handling a high volume of complex projects and tasks for multiple people, departments and teams.

The UK + EMEA Series PR team is responsible for formulating and implementing strategy for global series across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and devising, leading, executing impactful campaigns in the UK and Ireland. In this expansive role you will provide a critical link working with local country teams across EMEA, and globally, in promoting series content on the service as well as working in partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, culturally relevant and creative campaigns in the UK.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate travel arrangements for the team both domestically and internationally

Assisting as and where appropriate on campaign needs; such as booking travel; supporting junket, premiere, press day activity

Assisting with meeting schedules and facilitation, including help putting together presentations and coordinating audiovisual needs

Liaising with various external stakeholders

Completing special projects as dictated by the needs of a growing team. (i.e. onboarding new employees, entertaining opportunities, offsites etc)

Foster clear and concise communication among all necessary parties

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Build a roster of contact information for key Netflix partners and maintain a timely stream of communication regarding sensitive information and developments.

Assist with the curation of materials distributed internally and externally

Manage the press office inbox fielding enquiries
