The Role
As our WordPress Developer, you’ll partner closely with our Lead Developer and cross-functional teams to bring web projects to life. From building new sites to refining existing ones, you’ll ensure everything we launch is high-performing, pixel-perfect, and built for longevity. We love great aesthetics and user experiences. Everything we create is designed from the ground up and built to purpose.
Your Mission
Develop and maintain WordPress websites to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experiences.
Utilize block builders such as Bricks, Kadence, Elementor, Gutenberg and others to create flexible, reusable, and scalable design components.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs promptly.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to bring website concepts to life.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in WordPress development.

Who You Are
You have 2-3 years of experience with WordPress and block builders like Gutenberg, Kadence, Bricks, and Elementor.
Confident and proficient with frontend languages - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Detail-oriented and systematic with a high attention to detail and ability to think structurally and logically.
You have a great attitude, are collaborative, communicative, and easy to work with.
Comfortable navigating feedback, tight timelines, and multiple projects at once.
Passionate about learning and developing your skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
