Design Cafe, a renowned firm in Mumbai and Thane, is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our residential projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating stunning living spaces that exceed our clients' expectations. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹18-25 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. Job Description: Our ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in residential interior design, with a strong portfolio of previous works. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively convey complex ideas to clients. • Assess client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences • Create sketches, drawings, and floor plans using CAD programs and hand-drawing skills • Develop idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients • Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles and aptitude for creative problem-solving • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences • Work independently on projects, handling multiple tasks simultaneously In return for your expertise, we offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth, and a competitive salary package.
